It's Safe

Our EZ Post System components meet and often exceed OSHA safety standards when used as a passive fall restraint guardrail system or when used as a personal fall arrestor anchor point. All posts exceed OSHA's 200 lb. side load requirement. All anchor points exceed OSHA's 5,000 lb. tie-off load requirement. All components have been sealed by a professional engineer and/or tested.

At removal time, the EZ Post System eliminates the cutting and grinding of the traditionally used angle iron, thereby eliminating fire torch injuries to personnel or damage to the curtain wall, and the need for fire watch personnel, fire extinguishers, safety goggles, and other equipment.

It's Easy to Install

Our basic EZ Post System fundamentally consists of steel base plates that get welded to I-Beams either at the fabrication shop or in the field. These base plates then receive posts that simply screw into them and easily accept cables that rest in cable guides that are built onto every post. Since the initial development of the base plate used in steel construction, a variety of subsequent base plates have been developed for use in various concrete and wood applications, and our newest base plate is applied using a two-part epoxy, eliminating any need for drilling or welding in more sensivite situations still requiring fall protection.

It's Versatile 

All base plates take the same standard post, and/or a variety of other posts that we offer for accomplishing various functions. Additionally, we offer a wide assortment of add-on accessories to meet a variety of needs required by our different clients. The bonus at the end of the project: cables are removed and posts simply screw out and can be reused on the next job. Additionally, permanently fixed base plates at the roof level can accept any of our various D-Ring anchor points and used as a fall arresting tie-off point for later maintenance, if needed.

It's Easy to Remove

All EZ Posts and Anchor Points simply and quickly screw out of their base plates upon completion of use. On average, it takes eleven seconds to remove a post from a base plate. This easy removal process significantly reduces personnel injuries, curtain wall damage in construction, and labor hours and costs.

It's Reusable and Environmentally Efficient

All posts, anchor points, and accessories that we offer can be used multiple times and moved from one floor to the next, and/or one job to the next.
